Anna Dingani
Managing Director & Industrial Psychologist

Mrs. Dingani is an Industrial Psychologist and is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa, SABPP Master HR Professional as well as a SETA trained facilitator and assesssor.
She has over 10 years work experience mainly focusing on psychometric assessments, organisational development and design, training and development, coaching, recruitment and selection as well as medico-legal. She provides psychological and HR services to our clients and has extensive knowledge of research consultancy.
She is responsible for ensuring that all consultancy services use solid theoretical methods to deliver innovative new solutions to challenges.
Jowasi Makore
Director of Operations
Mr. Makore is a Community Psychologist and is registered with the Health Professions Council of Zimbabwe.
He holds a Masters in Community Psychology from Midlands State University and has over 10 years work experience mainly in Human Resource management, Community Development, and medico-legal. He also has a passion in Research Psychology and special needs education.
Tazvivinga Jaricha
Director Admin & Finance
Mr. Jaricha is a holder of an Honours in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from UNISA. He is currently studying for a postgrad Diploma in Organisational Development as well as a masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
Mr. Jaricha qualified as an educator in 2000. He had been an educator from 2000 to 2011 and had been a school principal from 2012 to 2016. He also has extensive experience in financial management, training and developing employees in the medico-legal field. Mr. Jaricha has 6 years experience in medico-legal.
Siyasanga Matoti
Practice Manager & Client Liaison Consultant
Ms. Matoti holds a Diploma in Media and Journalism and a Certificate in Customer Services. She has extensive experience in Business Communication and 4 years experience in medico-legal and administration work.
